Refund and Return Policy

1. Art Shop (Physical Goods)

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Damaged Items: If your art arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-commissioned artwork or personalized prints are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

2. Tour Packages (Travel Services)

Cancellations for tour packages are subject to the following schedule to account for non-refundable bookings made with local partners:

  • 30+ Days Before Departure: 100% refund of the total tour price.

  • 15–29 Days Before Departure: 75% refund.

  • 7–14 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 Days / No-Show: No refund will be issued.

  • Force Majeure: If we are forced to cancel a tour due to safety, weather, or government restrictions, you will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future date.

3. Tour Consulting & Concierge (Services)

  • Consultation Fees: Fees for personalized itinerary planning and concierge consulting are non-refundable once the initial consultation has taken place or the first draft of the itinerary has been delivered.

  • Service Satisfaction: If you are unhappy with the quality of the advice provided, please contact us within 7 days. While we do not offer refunds for “time spent,” we will work with you to revise the plan to your satisfaction.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  2. Approval: We will review your request within 3 business days and provide shipping instructions (for art) or a cancellation confirmation (for tours).
